Reservation/Cancellation
We understand that things happen and plans change. That is why our cancellation policy provides some flexibility for our guests while still operating efficiently and nurturing the relationships with the businesses we visit.
Private Detours
Reservations:
A valid credit card is required - A $250 deposit is required at time of booking.
Cancellations:
Reservations cancelled 2 or more days prior to the scheduled detour are fully refunded.
Cancellation requests submitted less than 2 days prior to the scheduled detour will not be refunded the deposit.
Total balance is due 2 days prior to the tour.
Guests that do not show up on the day of the tour will not be refunded.
Special Detours
Reservations:
A valid credit card is required - 100% payment is required at time of booking.
Cancellations:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of these detours, refunds may not be available. Details regarding cancellation and refund requests specific to these detours will be provided at the time these detours are offered.
Private Transportation
Reservations:
A valid credit card is required - A $100 deposit is required at time of booking.
Cancellations:
Reservations cancelled 2 or more days prior to the scheduled detour are fully refunded.
Cancellation requests submitted less than 2 days prior to the scheduled detour will not be refunded the deposit.
Airport Transportation
Reservations:
A valid credit card is required - 100% payment is required at time of booking.
Cancellations:
Reservations cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled transport are fully refunded.
Cancellation requests submitted less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled transport will not be refunded.
General
Weather
Rain or shine, our detours will continue to operate unless our guides determine the conditions are not suitable for a detour.
Clothing
There is no official dress code for our detours. We do recommend that our guests wear comfortable clothing and shoes. We also recommend that our guests pay attention to the weather and dress accordingly.
