    Our transportation service includes:

    One-way transportation to or from the San Antonio Airport. Pick up/drop off location must be within 5 miles of the Boerne or San Antonio city limits

    Bottled water and snacks

    Pricing does not include tax or gratuity

  • Booking and Cancellations

    The total amount is due at the time of booking. For roundtrip transportation service, be sure to book the return trip as well!

    Reservations may be cancelled with no penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.

    Reservations cancelled within the 24 hour window are non-refundable.

With this in mind, we do require that our guests help us to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience. Please review the following list of our guest expectations.

 

Golden Rule

 

Probably the best overall rule is to imagine if you were a winery owner or server - how you would like your guests to behave at your place. In some cases, they are inviting you to their home.

 

Outside Beverages

 

Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages are allowed at any venues OTHER THAN from that venue. This is a legal requirement that applies to “bonded facilities” and the entire group will be expelled if just one person violates this rule.

 

Public Intoxication

 

Public intoxication is a crime, regardless of whether you have a designated driver or are in a limo/bus/shuttle. It is unlawful to serve or sell alcohol to an intoxicated person. Servers cannot serve anyone they suspect is over or near the “legal limit” of alcohol. It is a judgement call and management will support their TABC trained employees, and if you are advised you cannot be served, please refrain from arguing and walk away. Additionally, the venues we visit, by law, will excuse the entire group if ONE person is considered “over the limit” of alcohol.

 

Legal Age

 

Servers may ask for IDs to confirm you are over 21. Obviously, this so they may verify that you are of legal age to consume alcohol. Please do not be offended if you are asked and be prepared to show it.

 

Bartending

 

Remember that only the employees at each venue are allowed to handle open bottles at the tasting bars. Please do not reach for a bottle to pour yourself.

 

Behavior

 

Please respect your fellow patrons at each venue. Disorderly, loud, groups are a distraction to fellow guests trying to enjoy their experience. Please be aware and considerate. Any disruptive guests may have their detour concluded and asked to find an alternative way to their drop off destination.

 

Patience

 

Saturdays and Holidays are the busiest days. Staff members are striving to serve everyone equally and ensure everyone has a good experience. They appreciate your patience you may experience a wait in line for an accessible place at the serving area.

FAQs

  • Anywhere within the Boerne or San Antonio city limits and 5 miles beyond. We offer pick up and drop off outside of this boundary for an additional charge.

  • As much as we would love to include our pets, we do not allow pets on board our vehicles.

  • We accept credit and debit cards as well as payments made through Venmo and PayPal.

  • We are willing to stop at any venue in the area that our guests want to visit.

  • Since this service is billed by the trip, there is no minimum guest requirement. Please note that our vehicles are limited to 11 passengers at a time.

  • All the items needed for your trip - baggage and ID and additional cash for gratuity if desired.

  • We encourage you to book as early as possible to ensure you get your desired date.

  • No, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles.

  • Gratuity is not included. Gratuity is at your discretion and the industry standard is 20%.
